As CIO of the FCC, he transitioned systems to the cloud, saving millions and earning two Global CIO Awards. He’s briefed the UN General Assembly on AI’s future and advised U.S. Special Ops and Navy on digital threats.
Bray led two bipartisan Congressional Commissions—one with over 75% of its recommendations adopted by U.S. intelligence agencies, and another hand-delivered to the President.
