David Bray, PhD
David Bray is a mission-driven leader recognized for tackling global tech challenges. Hired at 15 to work on early Internet and AI projects for the U.S. government, he later led the CDC’s tech response to 9/11, anthrax, and SARS. As CIO of the FCC, he transitioned systems to the cloud, saving millions and earning two Global CIO Awards. He’s briefed the UN General Assembly on AI’s future and advised U.S. Special Ops and Navy on digital threats.
Bray led two bipartisan Congressional Commissions—one with over 75% of its recommendations adopted by U.S. intelligence agencies, and another hand-delivered to the President. He’s received the National Intelligence Exceptional Achievement Medal, was named one of Business Insider’s “24 Americans Changing the World,” and earned the “Industry Genius” award. With a PhD and post-docs at Harvard, MIT, and Oxford, he champions bold, ethical leadership in tech.

Chuck has been a leading evangelist for cybersecurity in both the public and private sectors. He has been a featured speaker at numerous events and conferences, has written dozens of articles on cyber tech and policy in publications such as Forbes, Huffington Post, The Hill, Federal Times, IT Security Planet, Bizcatalyst360, NextGov, Alien Vault, Gov Tech, Government Security News and many others.
He is one of the original “plank holders” at the Department of Homeland Security, worked on Capitol Hill, taught homeland security at Johns Hopkins University and has advised several organizations including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, The Cyber Resilience Institute, and is a member of the AFCEA Cybersecurity Committee. He also serves as Chairman of CompTIA’s New and Emerging Technologies.

Ryan Sargent
Ryan Sargent is the owner and founder of Sargent Law Firm Injury Lawyers. Ryan was born and raised in southern California. Ryan’s mission for his law firm is to help people who have suffered injury or death by providing access to the highest level of legal representation, medical treatment, and financial compensation.
After law school Ryan started working at a personal injury law firm, and fulfilled his dream of starting his own law firm just three years later. Sargent Law Firm was founded in 2011, and has represented thousands of people, and obtained over $40,000,000.00 in settlements, judgments, and verdicts for clients. Ryan has also provided thousands of hours in pro bono legal work, and donates a portion of the firm’s profits to local non profit organizations.
